Join CUUPs for Magical Arts & Crafts as we explore the colors of Fall! During the fall the leaves become beautiful colors of oranges, yellows and reds, but to save beneficial bugs that lay eggs on fallen leaves we want to leaf the leaves where they are. To decorate our windows at home and in the sanctuary we welcome you to come and create tissue paper leaves. We’ll also be making fall wreaths to decorate our doors.
Supplies will be provided; however, if you have something special you want to place on your wreath please bring it. We will have sticks and twigs, wreath bases and various fall decor available. Donations are always greatly appreciated to fund the crafts and a donation basket will be placed outside the door.
Hanging wreaths is a 2,800 years old tradition that has meaning everywhere from celebrating the victory of a battle to the yule wreaths that symbolize nature and the promise of spring.
