In this workshop we will create a safe container for transitions, growth, and self compassion! We will practice several calming breath methods combined with yoga like gentle movements and self massage as body prayers! We will also share a very energized Shamanic Breathwork experience with music to move and release frozen feeling and take an inner journey!
Sitting is fine, but if you would like to lie down during some portions , bring a mat, pad or blankets! Please bring some water with you in a closed container and a journal or paper to write in or draw on! Please eat a moderate meal at the right time for it to not make you feel sluggish, but sustain you through the workshop!
