Beltane, the acknowledgement of the turning from spring to summer, this is the planting time, the time for fertility!

During the Beltane season we honor the Gods and Goddesses of spring represented by handfasting and marriages. The stories go that the lovers were separated all winter and reunited in the Springtime. Today Beltane is celebrated with food, drink, colorful maypoles, music, dancing, bonfires, and rituals!
