Opportunities

Hospitality Team

The Hospitality Team sets up beverages and snacks for our time of fellowship on Sunday morning, and takes care of setting up and clean up on Potluck Sunday. They also assist with select special events such as memorial services, weddings and other holiday social gatherings.

Childcare Volunteers

Please consider volunteering to work with children especially if you are not currently a parent of young children. These inter-generational connections are so valuable for all involved.

Our childcare room during Sunday morning services is open, and we are seeking volunteers. We’ve had a baby boom over the last couple of years and they would all love to learn from you as part of our UUCG family!

We are also looking for people to facilitate children’s RE after Sunday services.

Building and Grounds

Our Property Beautification Team helps us live into our commitment to become a Green Space, and stewards the land on which our beloved blue building sits. If you are interested in helping to create a welcoming, sustainable environment with us, please reach out and let us know!

Tech Team

Many of our programs and events are available to attend online. We have opportunities for volunteers who are tech savvy to assist with making sure everything we do is accessible to all who wish to engage. If you would like to join the tech team, contact techteam@uucg.org.
