What do you enjoy doing?  What feeds your spirit?  We offer many opportunities to engage with the UUCG community, both online and in-person, doing the things you love!

Read below to learn about ways you may become involved and live into your UU faith with us, beyond Sunday morning, both within and beyond our walls.

The following programs require registration:

  • Covenant Groups – Click the title to learn more about our program of small group ministry. Register here
  • QUUest (Dungeons & Dragons) – Registration for ongoing campaigns opens periodically. On-site and online (via Zoom) options available. Registration is open for the Fourth Friday In-Person Group.
  • Sharing the Journey (formerly Starting Point) – a 4-session program for both newcomers and long-time UUs. Join us on a journey of learning and connection in a small group setting. Look for a new cycle in Fall of 2024.
  • Transgender Inclusion in Congregations – Spring 2025 cycle will begin in January and open for registration in November 2024. .
  • Our Place in the Web of Life – An experiential program that examines the environmental impact of our congregation through research and study. The spring 2024 cycle meets for two sessions, March 30 and April 13.
  • SACReD Reproductive Justice Sessions – Please look for new opportunities to engage upcoming.

Belief Explorers – Belief Explorers is a group of curious people interested in the wide variety of spirituality and beliefs. We meet from 12:30 – 1:30PM on the 2nd Sunday of each month, both online via Zoom and in-person. Each month we explore a book, religion, person, or concept chosen at the previous meeting. Meetings are open to all UUCG members, friends, and visitors.

The Wi$dom Path – The Wi$dom Path comprises twelve 90-minute workshops, arranged around three themes: Money and Self; Money and Society; and Money, Spirit, and Life. Participants build awareness of their own “money story” and explore their own attitudes and experiences with money. It is a drop-in program (no registration required), offered on specific Monday evenings online via Zoom. Click here to learn more and find the link to join a session.

Men’s Group – The UUCG Men’s Group is an inclusive discussion group, open to all who identify as men, as well as any who are concerned about what are traditionally considered “men’s issues”. This group meets on the 2nd Saturday of each month, in-person at UUCG, at 9:00am.

Green Team – Focused on environmental justice and green living.
Meetings on third Saturdays of each month on Zoom. Find the link on the calendar and join us!
Property Beautification of the grounds is on the first Saturday of the month.

Alphabet SoUUp – All queer-identified folx are invited to gather for this monthly potluck social & discussion group. This is a space created specifically for LGBTQIA+ attendees of UUCG! Be you queer or questioning, you are welcome here. Come break bread, form connections, and enter into fabulous, curious, and compassionate discussion with us. Alphabet SoUUp meets in-person at UUCG on the first Monday evening of each month at 6:30pm.
