PLEASE SAVE THE DATE:  UUCG CONGREGATIONAL MEETING, DECEMBER 16 FOLLOWING THE SERVICE.

We encourage all members to plan to attend this Congregational Meeting.  Three important topics will be presented and discussed:

• The proposed 2019 UUCG Budget will be presented and discussed.  A vote seeking approval will be held.  A copy of the budget will be made available a minimum of two weeks before the meeting (see below).
• Language for a by-law allowing proxy voting will be presented for a vote by the congregation.  The exact language of the by-law change will be made available a minimum of two weeks before the meeting (see below).
• A vote on the mortgage refinance, exact terms will be made available two weeks prior to the meeting (see below).
